Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Serpair, operated by Serpair Inc. Australia Pty Ltd ("Serpair", "we", "us"), including our website at serpair.com and our application at app.serpair.com. By creating an account or using Serpair, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Serpair provides SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) tooling for growing teams and agencies. GEO means working to make AI answer engines name and cite a brand when users ask buying questions, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Serpair also tracks Google rank. An AI citation check and a Google rank are separate measurements.

Serpair does not promise that any engine will name or cite a brand, and does not promise any particular Google rank. Dashboard scores shown on the marketing site are illustrative.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate account email and keep your login credentials secure and under your control. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the domains, keywords, and other inputs you enter.

3. Credits and billing

Subscription plans are billed in USD as published on our homepage:

• Free — $0, 50 credits, no card required
• Standard — $49.99 / month, 50 credits
• Premium — $99.99 / month, 125 credits
• Platinum — $199.99 / month, 300 credits

Credit packs are billed in AUD and are a one-time purchase:

• 20 credits — $10
• 50 credits — $25
• 100 credits — $50

Purchased credit packs do not expire. Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your plan remains active through the end of the current period. The prices above are current as published; see the pricing section for the latest. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to break, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, extract, or access the service beyond the functionality it provides;
• use the account to harm another person's systems, data, or rights; or
• use Serpair to misrepresent a brand or to engage in unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual property

Serpair and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by Serpair Inc. Australia Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of the data you submit, including the domains and keywords you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to operate the service for you. If you send us feedback, you grant us a right to use it to improve the product.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Rankings and AI citations are not guaranteed. We do not warrant a specific Google rank, a specific citation, or that ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini will name a brand. Outputs depend on third-party engines and can change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serpair Inc. Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On closure, your right to use the service ends; purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law, and we handle any remaining data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where Serpair Inc. Australia Pty Ltd is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific state or territory of jurisdiction will be stated here on finalization.
